You are responsible for knowing the rules of this forum.
Moderators and administration have the right to enforce these rules.
VIOLATIONS RESULT IN DELETION + WARNING - - - 3 Warnings result in IP BAN
1 WARNING WILL BE REVOKED IN 3 MONTHS TIME WITH NO WARNINGS ISSUED

NO PROFANITY - This forum is open to all age groups. Therefore, profanity of any kind will not be tolerated. The use of "I hate #### like this" is also not acceptable. Abbreviations for profanity will be considered profanity themselves. (Private messages are exempt to this rule)
NO DEROGATORY ATTACKS - This is not a flame board. Heated debate is acceptable. Personal attacks are not. Any irate outburst attacking somebody personally will be considered a derogatory attack. The use of "John you are an #######" is also not acceptable. Abbreviations for derogatory attacks will be considered derogatory attacks themselves.
Personal attacks, or flaming, (i.e. name calling, hostile remarks, accusations, etc.), blanket condemnations of religions or peoples, proselytizing and posting messages just to stir up trouble will not be tolerated. Debate is welcome but please debate ideas and opinions, not personalities. Outright hate speech is never welcome.(Private messages are exempt to this rule)
NO STALKING - If a user complains of constant harassment from another user, and we verify this, a possible immediate IP BAN from our entire website may result. We want our users to feel secure.
CONCERNING SPELL POSTING - Spell posting *IS* allowed in the "Wicca and Witchcraft" forum ONLY. Spells posted of medicinal nature, anger or attack, love spells, or ANY OTHER SPELL BENDING THE WILL OF ANOTHER will result in an immediate warning and the post will be wiped. No exceptions will be given to this rule.
NO SOLICITATION - This is not a bulletin board for your private business or venture. Selling wares, advertising, or pushing propaganda of any kind unless under the permission of the webmaster will not be tolerated. This includes posts obviously designed purely to advertise commercial products or business ventures.
The ONLY commercial website (If you sell one item you will be considered commercial) URL's we will allow in your signature, and also in the website posting thread, are websites selling items that can be construed as metaphysical, green, ecological, environmental, organic, or earth-based, Pagan type wares. Full blown Pagan stores may be dis-allowed at moderator discretion.
*ANY* website URL that is not adult oriented, illegal, or considered immoral is allowed in your signature and the website sharing post.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Discussions on how to refine cocaine or how to make a bomb are examples of illegal activity discussion and will not be tolerated. Such activities will also warrant a possible immediate IP BAN from our entire website.
NO ADULT CONTENT - Posting adult content, adult situations, sexual reference, or any other offensive material is not tolerated. This is a forum for all ages, those who wish to discuss "Adult" content should find another forum to post in.
NO PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL - Posting pornographic material, pictures, or discussion will warrant a possible immediate IP BAN from our entire website.
NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS - Users may not create more than one account nor may users share another's account. Abuse may result in an immediate IP ban from our entire website.
NO POSTING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL - Publishing here or copying any copyrighted material is not tolerated. Exceptions are made solely for recipes, which are usually not copyrighted, or small text excerpts inserted into discussion. Fully copying of copyrighted works may warrant an IP ban from this website. If you are the owner of original works, please realize if your works are not published, and you post them here, you risk the theft of your works by someone who may in fact, run out and copyright them as their own. No content in this forum is ever reproduced or republished in any form by the owners or moderators of Gypsy Magick.
NO POLITICAL PROPAGANDA - Of late, we've had a rash of political "agendas" posted in our forum. I wanted to take the time to point out that this is a Pagan forum, not a place for airing one's "political propaganda". It matters not if we, the mod team, agree with said propaganda or not, simply being propaganda, it is not allowed here. This is along the lines of Proselytizing and Solicitation.
NO MEDICINAL ADVICE - We do not allow medicinal advice in any form. Please do not post remedy spells, holistic, herbal or other remedies in the forum. We regularly enforce this rule.
NO LARGE SIGNATURE SIZE - If your pictures within your signature total over 80k in download size, we will remove ALL of your sig pictures. This causes VERY slow load times on dialup users. We regularly enforce this rule.
NO DOUBLE POSTING - Do not answer your own post with another post! We consider this SPAM as it can be used by a user to increase his/her posting rank and/or title.
